在該系統(tǒng)中設(shè)有過濾器，對槽液進(jìn)行動態(tài)過濾，以維持槽液的清潔度。當(dāng)工件出槽，經(jīng)過過濾的液體流經(jīng)槽體上部的噴淋環(huán)節(jié)對工件進(jìn)行一次沖洗，以便沖掉工件出槽，以避免其對下道槽液造成污染。

4.烘干系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)被清洗工件的狀況，有清洗機(jī)配備烘干系統(tǒng)，烘干系統(tǒng)主要由加熱器、風(fēng)機(jī)、吹風(fēng)噴嘴等組成，溫度自動控制。

According to the condition of the cleaned workpiece, a cleaning machine is equipped with a drying system, which mainly consists of a heater, a fan, and a blowing nozzle, with automatic temperature control.
