How to repair and maintain the ultrasonic cleaning machine

一、禁止將導電液體(如水)放入超聲波控制柜頂部的進風口。否則會嚴重損壞清洗機的管路系統。

1、 It is forbidden to put conductive liquid (such as water) into the air inlet at the top of the ultrasonic control cabinet. Otherwise, the pipeline system of the cleaning machine will be seriously damaged.

二、注意保持超聲波清洗機清潔，不使用時請關掉電源。

2、 Pay attention to keep the ultrasonic cleaner clean. Please turn off the power when not in use.

三、請勿對超聲波清洗機碰撞或劇烈震動。

3、 Do not bump or vibrate the ultrasonic cleaner.

四、讓全自動超聲波清洗機遠離熱源。

4、 Keep the automatic ultrasonic cleaner away from heat source.

五、機器應避免在潮濕的環境中存放，長期存放容易導致設備氧化生銹，線路潮濕。

5、 The machine should not be stored in a humid environment. Long term storage will easily lead to oxidation and rust of the equipment and damp circuit.

                   

六、超聲波清洗機的連續工作時間不應超過4小時。如果連續工作時間過長，應將超聲波清洗機調節旋鈕旋轉到“0”位置，冷卻風扇應繼續工作，在超聲波清洗不啟動的情況下，超聲波控制柜內的連續散熱應至少2分鐘。

6、 The continuous working time of ultrasonic cleaning machine should not exceed 4 hours. If the continuous working time is too long, the adjusting knob of the ultrasonic cleaning machine should be turned to "0" position, the cooling fan should continue to work, and the continuous heat dissipation in the ultrasonic control cabinet should be at least 2 minutes when the ultrasonic cleaning is not started.

七、經長時間運行的清洗機，在停機前應將功率旋鈕調至零位，使用其風機再工作3-6分鐘后關機，以保證電源內部熱量散出。

7、 After a long time of operation, the power knob should be adjusted to zero before shutdown, and the fan should be used to work for another 3-6 minutes before shutdown, so as to ensure that the heat inside the power supply is dissipated.

八、清洗后，全自動超聲波清洗機的清洗液應及時沉淀、過濾或更換，以保證清洗效果。

8、 After cleaning, the cleaning solution of the automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine should be precipitated, filtered or replaced in time to ensure the cleaning effect.
